Raised Arms

Come home to yourself.

Creative support for caregivers, helpers, and humans who’ve lost touch with their spark — and are ready to reconnect.

Welcome

Someone’s always depending on you—your child, your clients, your community.

But lately, you feel scattered, untethered, creatively dry.

It’s not that you’re broken.

You’re just carrying too much.

You don’t need to push through.

You need somewhere soft to land.

Here, in the presence of an attuned, compassionate witness, you're invited to turn inward—listening to what’s present now, and to what’s been quietly waiting to be felt.

Your body holds stories, intuition, and longings waiting to be heard.

This is a space to reconnect with what your body already knows—and has been waiting to remember.

Whether you're a caregiver, creative, educator, helper, or deep feeler, this work invites you back to your body, your imagination, and your sense of self.

Through movement and creative expression, your aliveness can return—gently, honestly, in your own time.

Meet Lauren

I’m Lauren (she/her) — a dance/movement therapist, counselor and fellow traveler who understands what it’s like to feel lost in caregiving and longing to find your way back.

After nearly a decade supporting neurodivergent youth and their families, I saw how often parents and caregivers were left without the support they needed—how isolating and invisible caregiving can be in a culture that relies on, but rarely tends to, those who give so much.

Becoming a mother deepened this understanding. I learned how easy it is to lose your center in the constant motion of caregiving — and how movement, creative expression, and community can gently guide you back to yourself.

Now, I walk alongside mothers, caregivers, professional helpers and creatives who feel disconnected from their bodies, creativity, or sense of self. I don’t have all the answers — I’m on this journey too.

Together, we’ll explore new ways to reconnect, with curiosity, compassion, and creativity.

How I can Help

This is a space to get curious about what you’re carrying—and how you might carry it differently.

Through movement, metaphor, creative process, and body-based experiences, I help people come home to themselves. Together, we explore what feels tangled, buried, or tender, and find new ways to relate to it—with more compassion, clarity, and care.

You might be here because…

  • You’ve lost your spark or sense of self amid caregiving, work, or motherhood

  • You’re stuck in cycles of overwhelm, overthinking, or emotional fatigue

  • You feel scattered, overstimulated, or caught in constant motion

  • You struggle to set boundaries or make space for your own needs

  • You long for deeper connection to your body, creativity, or intuition

  • You want something beyond talk therapy—more embodied, imaginative, and experiential

  • You find it hard to quiet a relentless inner critic and seek support without shame or fixing

You don’t need to fit a diagnosis or label.

If you’re longing for a process that includes your body, honors intuition, and embraces creativity in all its strange and tender forms—this work might be the invitation you’ve been waiting for.

Curious about working together? Let’s find what fits.

“It is only in being creative that the individual discovers the self.”
